四步法眼袋整形术对年龄大于60岁患者眼袋祛除效果及美观性影响

Effects of Four-Step Blepharoplasty on the Removal and Aesthetics with Patients over 60 Years Old

目的:探究四步法眼袋整形术对年龄>60岁患者眼袋祛除效果及美观性的影响.方法:选取开封一五五医院2018年3月至2022年7月收治的年龄>60岁老年眼整形患者107例作为研究对象.按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组(n=56,四步法眼袋整形术)对照组(n=51,下睑皮肤入路法眼袋祛除术).对比两组眼袋祛除效果、美观性、并发症发生率.结果:观察组的临床总有效率(75.00%,42/56)高于对照组的(54.90%,28/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月、术后3个月温哥华瘢痕评定量表(VSS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率(17.85%,10/56)低于对照组的并发症发生率(50.98%,26/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:四步眼袋整形术应用于年龄大于60岁患者有较好的祛除效果,具有美观性的同时并发症较少.

Objective:To explore the effects of four-step blepharoplasty on the removal and aesthetics with patients aged over 60 years.Methods:A total of 107 elderly patients over 60 years old with ophthalmic plastic surgery who were treated in Kaifeng 155 Hospital from March 2018 to July 2022 were selected in this study.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=56,four-step blepharoplasty)and control group(n=51,lower eyelid skin approach eye bag removal);The effect,aesthetics and complication rate of surgical operation between the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical fficacy rate of the observation group(75.00%,42/56)was higher than that of the control group(54.90%,28/51)(P<0.05),and the Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)after 1 and 3 months of surgery;The complication rate in the observation group(17.85%,10/56)was lower than that in the control group(50.98%,26/51)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The four-step blepharoplasty in patients over 60 years old has a better effect than lower eyelid skin approach eye bag removal,which is more aesthetically pleasing and has fewer complications.
