急诊全程优化护理在抢救急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

Effect of Emergency Whole Process Optimization Nursing in Rescuing Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨急诊全程优化护理在抢救急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果.方法:选取本院2021年1月至2022年4月收治的87例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象.随机将其分为观察组(n=44,常规护理的基础上施以急诊全程优化护理)和对照组(n=43,仅予以常规护理干预).比较两组患者急救时间、各项治疗指标、救治2h后的情况.结果:观察组分诊评估时间、心电图(E C G)耗时、静脉通道建立时间、静脉采血时间、急救总用时间,均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组急诊球囊扩张时间、首份床旁ECG录取时间、口服药到口时间、接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)手术时间,均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ECGST段回落率、心肌酶谱学指标回落率、胸痛症状缓解率,均高于对照组,而死亡率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:急诊全程优化护理可缩短急性心肌梗死患者的抢救时间,提高患者生存率.

Objective:To explore the application effect of whole-course optimal nursing in emergency in rescuing patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Eighty-seven patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected in this study.And by randomly method,they were divided into the observation group(n=44)and the control group(n=43).The observation group was given fully optimal nursing in emergency treatment on the basis of routine nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention only.The first aid time,therapeutic index and the condition after 2 hours of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The triage evaluation time,electrocardiogram(ECG)time consumption,venous channel establishment time,venous blood collection time and total emergency time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The emergency balloon dilation time,first bedside ECG admission,oral medication to mouth time,percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of ST segment regression,myocardial enzyme pattern regression and chest pain symptom remission in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the mortality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Overall optimal nursing in emergency can shorten the rescue time and improve the survival rate of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
