积极心理暗示结合优质化护理对急性心力衰竭患者的应用效果

Application Effects of Positive Psychological Suggestion Combined with High-Quality Nursing in Patients with Acute Heart Failure

目的:分析积极心理暗示结合优质化护理对急性心力衰竭患者的应用效果.方法:选取本院2021年4月至2022年4月收治的急性心力衰竭患者204例作为研究对象.按护理干预方案不同将其分为观察组(n=103,积极心理暗示结合优质化护理干预)和对照组(n=101,常规护理干预).对比两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量评定问卷(SF-36)评分及并发症发生率.结果:观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:积极心理暗示结合优质化护理,可显著改善急性心力衰竭患者的心理情绪,提升患者的生活质量,有效减少并发症的发生.

Objective:To analyze the application effects of positive psychological suggestion combined with high-quality nursing in patients with acute heart failure.Methods:A total of 204 patients with acute heart failure admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected in this study.And according to different nursing intervention plans they were divided into the observation group(n=103,positive psychological suggestion nursing intervention)and the control group(n=101,routine nursing intervention).The scores of self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS),36-item short form(SF-36)and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive psychological suggestion combined with high-quality nursing can significantly improve the psychological mood of patients with acute heart failure,improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
