摘要
为有效提升高速公路门架系统中高清抓拍系统数据的深度应用,实现高速公路应收通行费与拆分通行费之间的海量数据对比,实现快速采集用户车辆逃缴、少缴通行费证据链信息的业务目标,基于编解码无损压缩技术与5G实时传输技术的融合应用,通过门架车辆抓拍图片的标准化生成海量图片信息的大规模汇集,车辆特征信息的AI识别组合,建立一套面向高速公路经营业主的收费业务稽核信息化技术框架。该技术框架基于ETC门架上高清视频抓拍系统。首先,在门架端将车辆前拍摄像机、后拍摄像机、侧拍摄像机抓拍的图片数据进行边缘计算融合,生成车辆行经门架的前视、后视、侧视标准三视图片,通过编解码无损压缩技术对标准三视图和视频信息进行高压缩比无损压缩。其次,利用5G实时通讯技术实现图片、视频信息的云端同步传输,提升数据交互效率。最后,通过构建信息汇聚的云端数据平台,实现海量图像、视频数据在云端的AI分析与整合应用,从而达到支撑高速公路经营单位维护通行费收益、确保路网通行秩序的管理目标。结果表明:技术框架的可行性及效果得到了验证,实现了低成本条件下的边缘计算数据融合,海量图视数据传输效能提升以及云端数据快速整合应用。
In order to effectively improve the deep application of high definition capturing system data in expressway gantry system,through the massive data comparison between expressway toll receivable and toll split to collect the evidence chain information of users’vehicles evading or underpaying tolls.Based on the integrated application of codec lossless compression and 5G real-time transmission technology,through the standardized generation of gantry vehicle capturing pictures,the large-scale collection of massive picture information,and the AI recognition combination of vehicle characteristic information,a technical scheme of toll audit informatization for the expressway operator is established.The technical scheme aims to combine the HD video capture system of ETC door frame.First,the picture data captured by the front camera,rear camera and side camera of the vehicle are computed and fused at the end of the door frame to generate the standard three views of the front,rear and side view of the vehicle passing through the door frame.High compression ratio lossless compression of standard three-view and video information is carried out by codec lossless compression technology.Second,5G real-time communication technology will be used to realize synchronous transmission of pictures and video information in the cloud to improve the efficiency of data interaction.Finally,by building a cloud data platform of information convergence,the AI analysis and integrated application of massive images and video data in the cloud can be realized,so as to achieve the management goal of supporting expressway operating units to maintain toll revenue and ensure road network traffic order.The result shows that the feasibility and effectiveness of the framework are verified,and the lowcost edge computing data fusion,mass view data transmission efficiency improvement and cloud data rapid integration are realized.
