摘要
Piezo1是一种对机械力刺激敏感的非选择性阳离子通道,对钙离子具有显著的通透性,在进化上是保守的,在各种类型的机械力或炎性刺激下调节多种细胞的增殖、发育和分化.近年来的研究,包括我们项目组研究的结果显示,Piezo1调控固有免疫细胞和适应性免疫细胞的分化和功能,在免疫微环境重塑和抗肿瘤免疫应答中起关键作用.本文仅就Piezo1在主要免疫细胞及肿瘤免疫中的调控作用和机制方面的研究进展作简要综述.
The non-selective cation channel Piezo1 is sensitive to mechanical stimulation,permeable to calcium ions,and is evolutionarily conserved.Piezo1 regulates the proliferation,development and differentiation of multiple cell types.Recent works,including our own,have shown that Piezo1 regulates the differentiation and function of innate and adaptive immune cells and plays a key role in the remodeling of immune microenvironment and anti-tumor immune response.Recent works on Piezo1 regulation of major immune cells and tumor immunity are summarized.
