摘要
9F燃气蒸汽联合循环机组中,循环水泵耗电量最大,占发电厂用电量的30%以上。提出减少循环水泵运行数量、优化循环水泵启停时机和合理搭配高低速循环水泵组合等优化方案。经A燃机电厂实践验证,该方案在保证机组循环水足够安全裕度的前提下,可以极大地降低厂用电量,提高了机组经济效益。据估算,每年可节省成本约425万元。
In 9F gas-steam combined cycle units,the circulating water pumps are the largest consumers of plant electricity,accounting for more than 30%of the total.Based on this,optimization measures are proposed,including reducing the number of operating circulating water pumps,optimizing the timing of pump start-stop,and rationalizing the combination of high and low-speed circulating water pumps.These measures have been validated through practical implementation at Power Plant A,and the results have shown that,while ensuring a sufficient safety margin for the unit's circulating water system,the proposed solution can significantly reduce plant electricity consumption and improve the economic efficiency of the unit.It is estimated that approximately 4.25 million RMB can be saved annually.
