针刺治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Insomnia of Liver Depression Transforming Fire Type

通过检索近10年针刺治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床研究,从传统针法、其他针法及常规针法3个方面对肝郁化火型失眠的临床研究进展进行了总结。当前研究只有克服了诸如纳入标准不明确、疗效评定不统一、样本量小等缺点,才能使针刺治疗本病的疗效进一步提升。

by searching the clinical research of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression and fire type in recent 10 years,this paper summarizes the clinical research progress of insomnia of liver depression and fire type from three aspects:traditional acupuncture,other acupuncture and conventional acupuncture.At the same time,it is pointed out that the above research can further improve the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of this disease only by overcoming the shortcomings such as unclear inclusion criteria,inconsistent efficacy evaluation and small sample size.
