从中医辨证论治干燥综合征研究进展

Research Progress in Treating Sjogren's Syndrome from TCM Syndrome Differentiation

干燥综合征(Sjogren’s syndrome,SS)是一种以外分泌腺体侵犯为主,以淋巴细胞浸润为特征的全身性自身免疫病。目前干燥综合征的中医病因病机尚不完全统一,这对临床中医辨证治疗产生了一定的难度。干燥综合征的根本病机可总结为阴液不足、津液枯涸,津液通过肺、脾、肾、肝诸脏的配合,以三焦为通道运化布散至周身,由于致病邪气及病程等的差异,病位深浅有异,病性亦阴阳有偏。通过对近几年文献的研究,从脏腑辨证、三焦辨证、气血津液辨证、卫气营血辨证及六经辨证五个方面分别对其进行论述,以期为临证诊疗提供更多思路。

Sjogren's syndrome(SS)is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by exocrine gland invasion and lymphocyte infiltration.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of SS in traditional Chinese medicine are not completely unified,which poses certain difficulties for clinical TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.The fundamental pathogenesis of SS can be summarized as insufficient Yin fluids and dry body fluids.Body fluids are transported and distributed throughout the whole body,through the coordination of lung,spleen,kidney and liver,using the channel of triple energizer.Due to differences in pathogenic Qi and disease course,the depth of the disease varies,and the nature of the disease is also biased towards Yin or Yang.Through literature research in recent years,five aspects were discussed respectively,in order to provide more ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
