中药熏蒸联合微波治疗仪治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Accompanied by Microwave Therapeutic Instrument in the Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨类风湿关节炎患者采用中药熏蒸联合微波治疗仪的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年6月—2021年6月郑州市骨科医院收治的类风湿关节炎患者86例,以随机数字表法形式分为试验组和对照组各43例。对照组采用常规治疗联合微波治疗仪,试验组在对照组治疗基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗,均连续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎症指标(类风湿因子[RF]、血沉[ESR]、C-反应蛋白[CRP])、临床症状及Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组RF、ESR、CRP均低于治疗前,试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组压痛关节数、晨僵时间及肿胀关节数均低于治疗前,试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组BI评分均高于治疗前,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合微波治疗仪治疗类风湿关节炎具有良好临床疗效,可有效降低炎症水平,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation accompanied by microwave therapeutic instrument in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 86 patients with rheumatoid arthritis received from Zhengzhou Orthopaedics Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as study subjects.The patients were divided by the random number table method into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment accompanied by microwave therapeutic instrument,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the treatment of the control group,both were treated continuous for one month.The clinical efficacy at one month of treatment,the inflammatory indexes(rheumatoid factor〔RF〕,ESR and C-reactive protein〔CRP〕),clinical symptoms and Barthel Index(BI)scores of the two groups before and one month after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05),compared with before treatment,RF,ESR and CRP in both groups were lower,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05),the number of tender joints,morning stiffness time and the number of swollen joints in both groups were lower,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower,compared with before treatment,the BI scores of both groups were higher,and compared with the control group,the observation group was higher,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation accompanied by microwave therapeutic instrument can achieve good therapeutic effect,which is conducive to the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients.
