Objective:To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with chemoradiotherapy in postoperative patients with lung cancer.Method:A total of 88 lung cancer postoperative patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with chemoradiotherapy, while the observation group was treated with chemoradiotherapy plus Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. After radiotherapy, the TCM syndrome score, immune function, quality of life and side effects were compared between the two groups. Result: After radiotherapy, the scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the levels of CD4^(+), CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) and the scores of dimensions of functional assessment of cancer therapy-G (FACT-G) for cancer patients were higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8^(+), the incidences of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and myelosuppression were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with chemoradiotherapy can improve the clinical symptoms, enhance the body immunity, improve the quality of life of patients, and help to reduce the side effects of chemoradiotherapy, which is worthy of promotion.
