祛湿方联合穴位埋线治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征闭经不孕的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Phlegm-damp Type Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Complicated with Amenorrhea and Infertility with Eliminating Dampness Formula Combined with Implanting Catgut in Acupoint

目的:探究祛湿方联合穴位埋线治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)闭经不孕的临床效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年1月萍乡市妇幼保健院收治的90例痰湿型PCOS闭经不孕患者,按随机数字表法分为三组,各30例。祛湿方组单纯口服祛湿方治疗,穴位埋线组单用穴位埋线法治疗,联合组采用祛湿方联合穴位埋线治疗。比较三组的治疗效果、生殖激素水平及排卵率、妊娠率。结果:联合组的总有效率高于祛湿方组、穴位埋线组(P<0.05);治疗后,三组卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三组黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)均低于治疗前,联合组均低于祛湿方组、穴位埋线组(P<0.05);联合组的排卵率、妊娠率均高于祛湿方组、穴位埋线组(P<0.05)。结论:祛湿方联合穴位埋线可提高痰湿型PCOS闭经不孕患者的治疗效果,改善其生殖激素水平,提高排卵率、妊娠率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of eliminating dampness formula combined with implanting catgut in acupoint in the treatment of phlegm-damp type polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)complicated with amenorrhea and infertility.Method:A total of 90 patients with phlegm-damp type PCOS complicated with amenorrhea and infertility treated in Pingxiang Maternity and Child Care from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into 3 groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Eliminating dampness formula group was treated with eliminating dampness formula alone,implanting catgut in acupoint group was treated with implanting catgut in acupoint alone,and the combined group was treated with eliminating dampness formula combined with implanting catgut in acupoint.The treatment effect,reproductive hormone levels,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the three groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of eliminating dampness formula group and implanting catgut in acupoint group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)among the three groups(P>0.05),luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the eliminating dampness formula group and implanting catgut in acupoint group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of combined group were higher than those of eliminating dampness formula group and implanting catgut in acupoint group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eliminating dampness formula combined with implanting catgut in acupoint can improve the therapeutic effect of phlegm-damp type PCOS complicated with amenorrhea and infertility patients,improve their reproductive hormone levels,and increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
