中频脉冲电刺激治疗面神经炎的效果及对神经传导的影响

The Effect of Intermediate Frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation in the Treatment of Facial Neuritis and Influence on Nerve Conduction

目的:探究及分析中频脉冲电刺激治疗面神经炎的效果及对神经传导的影响。方法:将2019年1月—2022年1月三明市中西医结合医院的80例面神经炎患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组40例与观察组40例。对照组进行常规面神经炎治疗,观察组则进行中频脉冲电刺激治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后的Portmann评分及面神经传导检测结果(眼轮匝肌及口轮匝肌M波潜伏期及波幅)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组的Portmann评分及面神经传导检测结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗10 d及30 d后两组的Portmann评分及面神经传导检测结果较治疗前均显著改善,且观察组均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中频脉冲电刺激治疗面神经炎的效果较好,且可显著改善患者的神经传导状态,在面神经炎患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of facial neuritis and its influence on nerve conduction.Method:A total of 80 patients with facial neuritis in Sanming Integrated Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were divided into the control group with 40 cases and the observation group with 40 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment for facial neuritis,the observation group was treated with intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation.Then the total effective rate,Portmann score,detection results of facial nerve conduction(M-wave latency and amplitude of orbicularis oculi muscle and orbicularis oris muscle)before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the Portmann score and detection results of facial nerve conduction of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the Portmann score,detection results of facial nerve conduction of the observation group after 10,30 d of the treatment were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of patients with facial neuritis is better,and it can significantly improve the nerve conduction state of patients,its application value in the patients with facial neuritis is higher.
