金凤丸在黄体功能不足型不孕症患者中的作用

Effect of Jinfeng Pills in Infertility Patients with Inadequate Luteal Function

目的:研究在黄体功能不足型不孕症患者治疗中金凤丸的作用。方法:回顾性选取2021年4月—2022年2月赣南医学院第一附属医院生殖医学科黄体功能不足型不孕症患者70例,按治疗方法分为两组,各35例。对照组给予地屈孕酮治疗,观察组给予金凤丸联合地屈孕酮治疗。统计分析两组黄体中期血清雌孕激素水平、高温持续时间、卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜下血流情况、不良反应及妊娠情况。结果:观察组患者黄体中期的血清雌二醇、孕酮、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平均高于对照组,高温持续时间长于对照组,卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度均大于对照组,子宫动脉最大血流速度高于对照组,搏动指数、阻力指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(X^(2)=0.000,P>0.05);观察组妊娠率为45.71%(16/35),高于对照组的22.86%(8/35)(X^(2)=4.058,P<0.05)。结论:在黄体功能不足型不孕症患者治疗中使用金凤丸效果较好,能提升患者黄体中期血清雌孕激素水平,延长高温持续时间,改善子宫内膜下血流情况,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To study the effect of Jinfeng Pills in the treatment of infertility patients with inadequate luteal function.Method:A total of 70 infertility patients with inadequate luteal function in the Department of Reproductive Medicine of First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from April 2021 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dydrogesterone,and the observation group was treated with Jinfeng Pills combined with Dydrogesterone.The serum estrogen and progesterone levels in the middle luteal phase,duration of high temperature,follicle diameter,endometrial thickness,subendometrial blood flow situation,adverse reactions and pregnancy situation were statistically analyzed in the two groups.Result:The serum levels of estradiol,progesterone,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the middle luteal phase of observation group were higher than those of control group,the duration of high temperature of observation group was longer than that of control group,the follicle diameter and endometrial thickness of observation group were higher than those of control group,the maximum blood flow velocity of uterine artery in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the pulsation index and resistance index of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(X^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).The pregnancy rates in the observation group was 45.71%(16/35),which was higher than 22.86%(8/35)of control group(X^(2)=4.058,P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinfeng Pills is effective in the treatment of infertility patients with inadequate luteal function,which can improve the serum estrogen and progesterone levels in the middle luteal phase,prolong the duration of high temperature and improve subendometrial blood flow situation without increasing adverse reactions.
