老年脑卒中住院患者跌倒影响因素研究进展

Research Progress on Influencing Factors of Falls in Elderly Stroke Inpatients

老年脑卒中极易发生跌倒,且相关影响因素较多。本文通过检索2012-2022年以脑卒中、老年人、跌倒、住院患者等相关中英文为关键词的相关文献,并进行整理,寻找老年脑卒中住院患者跌倒的流行病学特征,筛选总结出国内外影响老年脑卒中住院患者跌倒的相关因素,通过对其进行比较,发现老年脑卒中住院患者跌倒与自身因素、药物因素等多种因素相关。因此应重视对老年脑卒中住院患者这一特定人群跌倒的研究,以期为这一特定人群制订合适的风险筛查工具和预防干预措施提供依据。

Elderly stroke patients are prone to fall,and there are many related influencing factors.In this paper,literature with key words such as stroke,the elderly,falls,hospitalized patients from 2012 to 2022 is searched and sorted out to find the epidemiological characteristics of the falls in elderly stroke inpatients,and to screen and summarize the relevant factors affecting falls in elderly stroke hospitalized patients at home and abroad.By comparison,it is found that the fall of elderly stroke patients is related to many factors,such as self-factors and drug factors.Therefore,attention should be paid to the study of falls of this specific group of elderly stroke inpatients,so as to provide basis for formulating appropriate risk screening tools and preventive intervention measures for this specific group.
