摘要
目的基于王唯工共振理论,通过脉诊仪研究肥胖、超重人群与正常人群脉象频域特征的差异性,为肥胖、超重人群脉象参数提供量化依据。方法将280例受试者按体质量指数(BMI)进行分组,分为体质量超重组(肥胖、超重)、正常组、体质量过轻组。通过脉诊仪采集脉诊参数,并收集身体指标等相关信息,将脉诊参数进行快速傅里叶变换(FFT)展开为频域图,获得其脉象频域参数。对比这3个组别脉图频域特征的差异,提取不同BMI人群的特征点。结果体质量过重组C3谐波强度低于正常组及体质量过轻组(P<0.05)。结论肥胖、超重人群C3(脾部)的谐波强度低于正常人群及体质量过轻人群,考虑与肥胖、超重人群脾虚相关。
Objective Based on Wang Weigong’s resonance theory,the pulse diagnosis instrument was used to study the difference in the frequency domain characteristics of obese,overweight people and normal people,and provide a quantitative basis for the pulse parameters of obese and overweight people.Methods 280 subjects were grouped according to the BMI index,and divided into overweight(obese,overweight),normal group,and underweight group.The pulse diagnosis parameters were collected by the pulse diagnosis instrument,and relevant information such as physical indicators were collected,and the pulse diagnosis parameters were expanded into a frequency domain map by FFT,and the pulse condition frequency domain parameters were obtained.The differences in the frequency domain characteristics of the pulse maps of these three groups was compared,and the characteristic points of people with different BMI indexes was extracted.Results Compared with the normal group and the underweight group,the C3 harmonic intensity of the overweight group was lower than that of the normal group and the underweight group(P<0.05).Conclusion The harmonic intensity of C3(spleen)of obese and overweight people is lower than that of normal people and underweight people,and it is considered to be related to spleen deficiency in obese and overweight people.
