三维一体疗法用于脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松症临床观察

Three-dimensional Integrated Therapy in the Treatment of Osteoporosis of Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Type

目的观察三维一体疗法用于脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松症的临床效果,并探讨其原理。方法选择赣南医学院第二附属医院2019年3月—2020年11月收治的90例脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各45例。对照组口服阿仑膦酸钠D3片(Ⅱ),研究组患者给予三维一体疗法,包括内服中药、灸法及外用中药。治疗30 d后,比较2组患者中医体质评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)及腰椎活动度。结果治疗前,2组患者的中医体质评分、VAS评分、JOA评分、腰椎活动度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组中医体质评分为(25.25±4.08)分,低于对照组的(42.03±5.17)分;VAS评分为(3.15±0.54)分,低于对照组的(4.80±0.88)分;JOA评分为(20.58±4.03)分,高于对照组的(16.55±3.22)分;腰椎活动度为(28.02±5.27)°,高于对照组的(21.55±5.09)°。以上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维一体疗法用于脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松症效果较好,具有推广使用的价值。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of three-dimensional integrated therapy on osteoporosis with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,and to explore its therapeutic principle.Methods 90 patients with osteoporosis with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from March 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group took alendronate D3 tablets(Ⅱ)orally,and the patients in the study group were given three-dimensional integrated therapy,including oral Chinese medicine,moxibustion and external Chinese medicine.After 30 days of treatment,the TCM physique score,VAS score,JOA score and lumbar mobility of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in TCM physique score,VAS score,JOA score and lumbar motion between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM physique score of the study group was(25.25±4.08),which was lower than that of the control group(42.03±5.17).VAS score of the study group was(3.15±0.54),lower than that of control group(4.80±0.88).The JOA score of the study group was(20.58±4.03),which was higher than that of the control group(16.55±3.22).Lumbar motion of the study group was(28.02±5.27)°,which was higher than that of control group(21.55±5.09)°.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-dimensional integrated therapy is effective in the treatment of osteoporosis with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type,and has the value of popularization and application.
