柴芍六君子汤治疗脾虚肝郁型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Spleen Deficiency and Liver Stagnation Type

目的探讨对脾虚肝郁型的慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者采取柴芍六君子汤加减治疗的价值。方法选取60例脾虚肝郁型CAG患者随机分成观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用柴芍六君子汤加减治疗,对比各组4周治疗后的中医症状积分、疗效、血清指标[胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)]与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率93.33%(28/30)显著高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者各项中医症状积分较治疗前降低,且观察组积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者血清G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平较治疗前提高,观察组各指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗期间不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴芍六君子汤加减治疗脾虚肝郁型CAG的效果满意且不良反应发生率低,值得推广。

Objective To explore the value of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with spleen deficiency and liver stagnation type.Methods Sixty CAG patients with spleen deficiency and liver stagnation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chaishao Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,curative effect,serum indexes[gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogenⅠ(PG-I),pepsinogenⅡ(PGII)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions in each group were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that of control group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of G-17,PG-I and PG-II in 2 groups were higher than those before treatment,and the indexes in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Chaishao Liujunzi decoction has satisfactory effect and low incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of CAG with spleen deficiency and liver stagnation,which is worth promoting.
