人才培养视角下看中医院校大型仪器共享研究

Research on Large-scale Instrument Sharing in University of Chinese Medicine from the Perspective of Talent Training

随着中医药教育现代化不断推进,高质量人才的培养变得更加重要。高校大型仪器共享平台的构建与人才培养、教学以及优秀的科研成果产出息息相关。文章以中医院校大型仪器共享当下所存在的现实问题为基本出发点,探索其背后的根源所在,在设法解决仪器共享率偏低问题、健全综合管理运行制度、加强相关人员素质建设等方面的现实基础上进行深入思考和探讨,以求提出科学合理、行之有效的建议,为提高大型仪器共享平台的运行状况、管理水准、效益提供借鉴,为建设更好的中医药人才培养平台提供相应基础。

With the continuous advancement of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine education,the cultivation of highquality talents is more important.The construction of large-scale instrument sharing platform in colleges and universities is closely related to talent training,teaching and the output of excellent scientific research achievements.Based on the current practical problems of large-scale instrument sharing in university of Chinese medicine,this paper explored the root causes behind it,and makes in-depth thinking and discussion on the basis of trying to solve the problem of low instrument sharing rate,improving the comprehensive management and operation system,and strengthening the quality construction of relevant personnel,so as to put forward scientific,reasonable and effective suggestions,It provides reference for improving the operation status,management level and benefit of large-scale instrument sharing platform,and provides corresponding basis for building a better talent training platform.
