基于NVivo分析的中医学习要素质性研究

摘要 目的通过质性分析软件NVivo,以扎根理论为框架,基于以“初学者该如何学好中医”为主题的名老中医访谈材料,多角度发掘名老中医对中医学习的建议,探索中医学习重点要素。方法以“初学者该如何学好中医”为主题,对某省名老中医进行访谈,将访谈文本导入NVivo软件进行编码分析、词频分析、节点层次分析、聚类分析。结果共纳入分析29位名老中医的访谈资料,形成了以“专业知识”“临床实践”“跟师学习”“爱岗敬业”“拓展知识”“个人特质”为树状节点的中医学习要素框架,6个树状节点下包含24个子节点。结论NVivo软件的可视化分析有助于清晰呈现学习要素框架的结构逻辑关系,可较为全面地呈现中医学习要素,为中医初学者提供参考。 Objective Through the qualitative analysis software NVivo,based on the grounded theory as the framework,based on the interview materials of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners with the theme of“How should beginners learn Chinese medicine”,to discuss the suggestions of famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners on traditional Chinese medicine learning from multiple angles are explored,and the key elements of Chinese medicine learning.Methods With the theme of“How to learn Chinese medicine for beginners”,interviews were conducted with famous old Chinese medicine practitioners in a certain province,and the interview texts were imported into NVivo software for coding analysis,word frequency analysis,node hierarchy analysis,and cluster analysis.Results A total of 29 interview data of famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners were included and analyzed,forming a traditional Chinese medicine learning element framework with“professional knowledge”,“clinical practice”,“learning from teachers”,“devotion to work”,“expanding knowledge”and“personal characteristics”as tree nodes.There were 24 child nodes under 6 tree nodes.Conclusion The visual analysis of the NVivo software helps to clearly present the structural and logical relationship of the learning element framework,present the learning elements of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensively,and provide a reference for the beginners of traditional Chinese medicine.
