通过心肺关系分析中医“肺病从心论治”

Analysis Traditional Chinese Medicine“Lung Disease from the Heart Treatment”Through the Relationship of Heart and Lung

肺系疾病与心系疾病之间存在着密切的联系,中医自古有着“心肺同源”之说,临床中对于咳嗽咳痰、胸闷憋喘严重,久治不愈的患者,中医应用一些治疗心系疾病的补气活血化瘀之药,能够达到很好的治疗效果。结合陈守强教授临床治疗经验、现代理论研究及中医理论,分析心肺之间的中西医关系及疾病联系,总结出了“肺病从心论治”的中医理论。在治疗一些复杂性的肺系病症时,用治疗心系疾病的方法治疗肺系病症,疗效显著,为肺系疾病的治疗开拓了思路。

There is a close relationship between lung system diseases and heart system diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine has said that“the heart and lungs are of the same origin”since ancient times.The medicine of invigorating Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can achieve good therapeutic effect.Combining Professor CHEN Shouqiang’s clinical treatment experience,modern theoretical research and TCM theory,analyzing the relationship between TCM and Western medicine between the heart and lungs and the relationship between diseases,he summed up the TCM theory of“treating lung diseases from the heart”.In the treatment of some complex pulmonary diseases,using the method of treating heart diseases to treat lung diseases has a significant effect,which opens up ideas for the treatment of lung diseases.
