疏肝解郁法辨治肺结节的验案举隅

肺结节是指肺部影像上表现为实性或亚实性的肺部阴影,其呈现为密度增高、局灶性、类圆形的特点,直径≤30mm。目前病因尚未明确。文章从肺结节的病因病机、临证治疗、经典案例等方面对运用疏肝解郁法辨治肺结节进行分析,作者导师认为肺结节痰瘀只是结果,深入挖掘病机,发现存在肝郁气滞致病,精确辨证,巧妙运用疏肝解郁法治疗肝郁气滞型肺结节,同时兼顾化痰祛瘀,辅助心理疏导、情志护理,临床疗效显著。

Pulmonary nodules refer to solid or subsolid lung shadows on lung imaging,which are characterized by increased density,focal,and round shape,with a diameter of≤30 mm.The etiology is currently unknown.The article analyzes the treatment of pulmonary nodules with the method of soothing the liver and relieving depression from the etiology and pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules,clinical treatment,and classic cases.Qi stagnation causes disease,precise syndrome differentiation,clever application of liver stagnation and stagnation of Qi stagnation treatment of pulmonary nodules,while taking into account the phlegm and blood stasis,assisting psychological counseling,emotional care,the clinical effect is remarkable.
