桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫内膜异位症的研究进展

Research Progress of Guizhi Fuling Pill in Treating Endometriosis

子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMs)作为育龄期女性的一种高发病、疑难病,目前尚无法根治,经过历代医家的不断探索,中医药在治疗此病上越来越发挥出其独特的优势。出自《金匮要略》的桂枝茯苓丸具有活血化瘀、缓消癥块的功效,在临床上治疗EMs的疗效尤为显著。该文系统整理了近年来桂枝茯苓丸治疗EMs的相关文献,归纳总结发现:在基础研究方面,桂枝茯苓丸可以通过抑制异位内膜的黏附、侵袭及转移,阻碍血管生成,调节免疫及炎症反应,诱导异位内膜细胞的凋亡,镇痛解痉缓解EMs的痛经症状等作用机制来达到治疗EMs的作用;在临床研究方面,桂枝茯苓丸具有缓解痛经症状、缩小异位病灶、提高临床有效率及受孕率、降低术后复发率、调节激素及细胞因子水平等作用。桂枝茯苓丸通过多机制、多靶点对EMs起到了良好的治疗作用,值得后续更深层次的研究探索和临床应用推广。

Endometriosis(Endometriosis,EMs)is a highly morbid and difficult disease of women of childbearing age.At present,it cannot be cured.The advantages.Guizhi Fuling pills from“Synopsis of the Golden Chamber”has the effects of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,and alleviating blockages,and is particularly effective in treating EMs in clinical practice.This article systematically sorted out the relevant literature on the treatment of EMs with Guizhi Fuling pills in recent years,and concluded that:in terms of basic research,Guizhi Fuling pills can inhibit angiogenesis and regulate immune function by inhibiting the adhesion,invasion and metastasis of ectopic endometrium.and inflammatory response,inducing the apoptosis of ectopic endometrial cells,analgesic and antispasmodic,relieving the dysmenorrhea symptoms of EMs and other mechanisms to achieve the effect of treating EMs;in clinical research,Guizhi Fuling Pills can relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms,lesions,improve clinical efficiency and pregnancy rate,reduce postoperative recurrence rate,regulate hormone and cytokine levels,etc.Guizhi Fuling Pill has a good therapeutic effect on EMs through multiple mechanisms and multiple targets,which is worthy of further research and clinical application promotion.
