含利托那韦的抗病毒药物与精神疾病治疗药物相互作用的药学建议

Pharmaceutical suggestions on the interaction between antiviral drugs containing ritonavir and psychotropic drugs

利托那韦是抗逆转录病毒药,常与其他抗病毒药组成复方制剂(如奈玛特韦/利托那韦、洛匹那韦/利托那韦、先诺特韦/利托那韦等)。利托那韦是多种代谢酶的抑制剂或诱导剂,与精神疾病治疗药物联用时存在复杂的药物相互作用。尽管药品说明书、国内外文献提供了药物联用建议,但临床实践时仍存在国内外药物品种不同、推荐意见不一致或无法实施等不足。课题组在梳理文献的基础上,结合我国药品现状和临床实践制订了《含利托那韦的抗病毒药物与精神疾病治疗药物相互作用的药学建议》(简称建议)。建议包括药物间相互作用机制、血药浓度变化、相互作用级别和药学建议等,旨在为我国精神疾病药物治疗临床实践提供参考。

Ritonavir is an antiretroviral drug,which is often combined with other antiviral drugs to form a compound preparation(such as nimatvir/ritonavir,lopinavir/ritonavir,simnotrelvir/ritonavir,etc.).Ritonavir is an inhibitor or inducer of a variety of metabolic enzymes,and there is a complex drug-drug interaction when combined with psychotropic drugs.Although the drug instructions and domestic and foreign literature provide suggestions for drug combination,there are still some deficiencies in clinical practice,such as different drug varieties at home and abroad,inconsistent recommendations or inability to implement.On the basis of reviewing literature,the research group developed the pharmacy formulate"Pharmaceutical suggestions on the interaction between antiviral drugs with ritonavir and psychotropic drugs",based on the current situation in China and clinical practice including the mechanism of drug interaction,changes in blood drug concentration,levels of interaction and pharmaeutical,suggestions,so as to provide reference for clinical practice in psychotropic drug therapy in China.
