安全护理在小儿手术中的应用效果

Application effect of safety nursing in pediatric surgery

目的分析小儿手术中实施安全护理的效果,为小儿手术护理方案的制订提供参考方案。方法选取2020年8月—2021年7月在高唐县人民医院进行手术治疗的78例患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组实施常规护理,包括开展术前准备、术中护理配合、术后监护等常规护理干预;观察组在常规护理基础上实施安全护理,增加了术前访视、人文关怀及心理护理,术中的信息核查、手术信息告知、体温及体位护理、输液护理、器械安全使用、用药护理,术后苏醒期安全护理、详细交接等护理干预。比较两组手术不安全事件发生率和患儿家属护理满意率。结果观察组手术不安全事件发生率为2.56%,低于对照组的17.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.014,P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属护理满意率为97.44%,高于对照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.924,P<0.05)。结论在手术期间应用安全护理能够确保手术顺利实施,降低不安全事件发生率,提高患儿家属满意率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of safety nursing in pediatric surgery,and provide reference plans for the development of pediatric surgical nursing plans.Methods From August 2020 to July 2021,78 pediatric patients who underwent surgical treatment in Gaotang County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,including preoperative preparation,intraoperative nursing cooperation and postoperative monitoring;the observation group implemented safety nursing on the basis of routine nursing,preoperative visit,humanistic care and psychological nursing,intraoperative information verification,operation information notification,body temperature and position nursing,infusion nursing,safe use of instruments,medication nursing,postoperative recovery period safety nursing,detailed handover and other nursing interventions were added.The incidence of unsafe surgical events and the satisfaction rate of nursing among the families of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of unsafe surgical events in the observation group was 2.56%,which was lower than the 17.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.014,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing for the family members of the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 84.62%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.924,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of safety nursing during surgery could ensure the smooth implementation of the surgery,reduce the incidence of unsafe events,and improve the satisfaction rate of the patient's family,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
