针对性护理对股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA术前患者的效果

Effect of targeted nursing on patients with preoperative PFNA for femoral intertrochanteric fracture

目的探讨针对性护理干预在股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术前患者中的效果。方法选取天津市职业病防治院(天津市工人医院)2017年1月—2018年1月收治的60例进行股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术的患者进行研究,根据护理方法的不同,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理。观察比较两组患者的护理满意率、心理情绪评分、住院时间及骨折愈合时间。结果观察组患者的护理总满意率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.795,P<0.05)。观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间和骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预的方式运用在股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术前患者中,不但能够使住院患者的护理满意度得到有效提高,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁的不良情绪,还能减轻患者的痛感,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with PFNA internal fixation for intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent PFNA internal fixation for intertrochanteric femoral fractures admitted to Tianjin Occupational Disease Precaution and Therapeutic Hospital(Tianjin Workers'Hospital)from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for this study.According to different nursing methods,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received targeted nursing.The nursing satisfaction rate,psychological and emotional scores,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group patients was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 90.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.795,P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group patients were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group patients were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention in patients with preoperative PFNA for femoral intertrochanteric fracture could not only effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of hospitalized patients,alleviate their anxiety and depression,but also alleviate their pain,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
