风险护理在CT和磁共振检查中的应用

Application of risk nursing in CT and magnetic resonance imaging examination

目的观察CT室和磁共振室中实施风险护理的效果,为提升患者诊查感受积累经验。方法纳入高唐县人民医院2020年7月—2021年8月收治的120例接受CT、磁共振成像(MRI)诊断患者作为研究对象,统一编号后按照电脑随机法分为研究组和参照组,每组各60例。参照组给予常规护理,研究组患者给予风险护理,观察对比两组患者护理干预效果。结果研究组导管脱落、护患矛盾、操作不规范、护理记录不规范风险事件发生率为5.00%,低于参照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.875,P<0.05)。研究组护理不良评价、投诉事件发生率为1.67%和3.33%,均低于参照组的11.67%和13.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率为96.67%,高于参照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.360,P<0.05)。结论在CT室和磁共振室实施风险护理不仅可降低风险事件,还可在减少检查不良事件的同时提升患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect and value of risk nursing in CT room and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)room to accumulate experience to improve patients'experience in diagnosis and examination.Methods A total of 120 patients who received CT and MRI diagnosis in Gaotang County People's Hospital from July 2020 to August 2021 were included as research objects.After unified numbering,they were divided into study group and reference group according to computer random method,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,the study group received risk nursing,and the effect of nursing intervention was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of risk events such as catheter falling off,nurse-patient conflict,irregular operation and irregular nursing records in the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than 35.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.875,P<0.05).The incidence rate of poor nursing evaluation and complaint events in the study group were 1.67%and 3.33%,respectively,which were lower than 11.67%and 13.33%in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the reference group with 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.360,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk nursing in CT room and MRI room could not only reduce risk events,but also improve patient nursing satisfaction while reducing adverse events,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
