Theoretical Basis,Important Achievements and Fundamental Experience of Improving the Systems and Regulations for the Party's Self-Reform in the New Era

党的二十大报告对推进全面从严治党提出了时代要求并进行了重要部署,强调在新时代要完善党的自我革命制度规范体系。新时代完善党的自我革命制度规范体系是以马克思主义无产阶级政党理论为理论之源,以毛泽东关于党的自我革命思想为基础,以中国特色社会主义党建思想为依托,以新时代党的自我革命重要思想为核心。新时代党的自我革命在打牢根基、构筑框架、强化实践方面取得了重要成就,形成了坚定“两个确立”,以政治建设为统领;坚持人民至上,以推进中国式现代化为目标;强化思想、制度、组织建党同向协同发力,以推动党建高质量发展为导向等重要时代经验。

The report to the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the requirements of the times and made important arrangements for exercising full and rigorous Party selfgovernance,and emphasized that the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform should be improved in the new era.The improvement of systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform is based on Marxist theory of the proletarian party,Mao Zedong's thought on the Party's self-reform,Socialist Party building thoughts with Chinese characteristics and the important thoughts of the Party's self-reform in the new era.In the new era,the Party's self-reform has made important achievements in laying a solid foundation,building a framework and strengthening practice,forming important experience of adhering to the"Two Establishments"with Party political building as the overarching guide,putting the people first with the goal of promoting Chinese modernization,ensuring ideological work aligned with institution and organization building effort with the high-quality development of Party building as the direction.
