清肺化痰汤治疗支气管肺炎的有效性

Effectiveness of Qingfei Huatan Decoction in Treating Bronchopneumonia

目的探究清肺化痰汤对支气管肺炎患者肺功能、氧化应激指标和炎性因子的影响。方法收集2021年4月—2022年5月榆林市中医医院收治的支气管肺炎患者80例,随机分为对照组(40例,常规西药治疗),治疗组(40例,常规西药+清肺化痰汤治疗),评估临床疗效,测量治疗前及治疗后患者血清炎性因子、肺功能、氧化应激指标,记录不良反应。结果总有效率对比,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV 1)、用力肺活量(FVC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组血清丙二醛(MDA)水平显著低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);组间不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论给予支气管肺炎患者清肺化痰汤治疗可下调血清炎性因子水平,减轻氧化应激损伤,改善肺功能,且未见不良反应增多表现。

Objective To explore the effects of Qingfei Huatan decoction on lung function,oxidative stress indicators,and inflammatory factors in patients with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 80 patients with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to May 2022 were collected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,treated with conventional Western medicine)and treatment group(40 cases,treated with conventional Western medicine and Qingfei Huatan decoction).Clinical efficacy was evaluated,serum inflammatory factors,lung function,oxidative stress indicators were measured before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with bronchopneumonia with Qingfei Huatan decoction can downregulate serum inflammatory factor levels,alleviate oxidative stress damage,improve lung function,and show no increase in adverse reactions.
