职业本科教育背景下1+X证书制度的实施逆境与路径

The Implementation Adversity and Path of 1+X Certificate System under the Background of Vocational Undergraduate Education

在我国当前的经济建设中人才缺口仍是制约未来发展的首要因素,而职业教育在人才供给方面能够发挥出普通教育所不具备的优势,因此职业教育教学结构不断深化改革成为职教发展的一大趋势。在此背景下,1+X证书制度应时而生,在推动职业本科院校建设和改革上取得明显进展,虽然1+X证书制度在职业教育的发展中具有较强的适应性协同作用,但在制度实施过程中也存在诸多困境,如评价机构协同机制不健全等。论文针对目前1+X证书制度在实施中存在的阻力,从机构制度、指导教师、参训学生三个角度进行分析,梳理不同环节所出现的难点痛点并提出相应的解决措施,为促进1+X证书制度的深化实施提供方案参考,以助力职业本科教育的发展,培养更多技术型应用人才。

In China‘s current economic construction,the talent gap is still the primary factor restricting future development,and vocational education can play the advantages that general education does not have in terms of talent supply,so the continuous deepening reform of vocational education teaching structure has become a major trend in the development of vocational education.In this context,the 1+X certificate system should emerge from time to time,and obvious progress has been made in promoting the construction and reform of vo-cational undergraduate colleges,although the 1+X certificate system has a strong adaptive synergy in the devel-opment of vocational education,but there are also many difficulties in the implementation of the system,such as the imperfect coordination mechanism of evaluation institutions and so on.Aiming at the resistance in the implementation of the 1+X certificate system,this paper analyzes the three perspectives of institutional system,instructor and trainees,sorts out the difficult pain points in different links and puts forward corresponding solu-tions,so as to provide a program reference for promoting the deepening implementation of the 1+X certificate system,and to help the development of vocational undergraduate education and cultivate more technical appli-cation talents.
