防风种子发芽条件优化试验研究

摘要 本文通过正交试验设计,研究了不同质量浓度配比的IBA、NAA和GA 3浸种15 min对防风种子发芽率的影响,比较了3组不同处理种子的萌发日、持续天数和发芽率。结果表明:IBA、NAA和GA_(3)质量浓度对防风种子的发芽率都有显著影响,影响种子发芽主次水平的排序为GA_(3)>IBA>NAA,提高种子发芽率的最佳配比为IBA 15 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 15 mg·L^(-1)+GA_(3)10 mg·L^(-1)。对照组的种子第17 d开始发芽,持续时间为21 d,平均发芽率为53%;IBA和NAA处理组的种子第12 d开始发芽,持续时间为18 d,平均发芽率为78%;IBA、NAA和GA 3共同处理组的种子第10 d开始发芽,持续时间为15 d,平均发芽率为91%。 In this paper,the effects of IBA,NAA and GA_(3)with different concentrations soaking for 15 min on the seed germination rate of Saposhnikovia divaricata were studied by the orthogonal design.The germination day,duration days and the germination rate with three groups of different treatment methods were compared.The results showed that concentrations of IBA,NAA and GA_(3)had significant effects on the seed germination rate(GA_(3)>IBA>NAA),and the optimum ratio was IBA 15 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 15 mg·L^(-1)+GA 310 mg·L^(-1).The seeds of the control group began to germinate on the 17th day,the duration was 21 days,and the average germination rate was 53%.The seeds treated with IBA and NAA began to germinate on the 12th day,the duration was 18 days,and the average germination rate was 78%.The seeds treated with IBA,NAA and GA_(3)began to germinate on the 10th day,the duration was 15 days,and the average germination rate was 91%.
