基于ANP和GIS的传统聚落保护评价体系研究——以河北井陉中部聚落为例

Research on the Protection Evaluation System of Traditional Settlements Based on ANP and GIS——A Case Study of the Villages in the Central Part of Jingxing,Hebei Province

传统聚落遗产保护评价是聚落振兴工作当中的重要一环。而量化准则是评价体系客观、准确与否的重要指标。该文以国家法制法规及先前的研究为依据确定基础指标,分别采用网络分析法和熵权法计算权重,然后利用拉格朗日乘子法优化综合确定指标最终权重,并利用GIS采集各类型数据,拟建了一套较新、较客观、较理性的传统聚落历史文化保护量化评价体系,利用多种技术最大程度减少了历史聚落保护评价中的主观因素。最后利用该保护评价体系对河北井陉五个传统聚落进行保护评价并得出结论及建议,可对传统聚落历史资源的保护工作与进一步协调发展提供参考。

The protection evaluation of the traditional settlements heritage is an important part of the revitalization of settlements.The quantitative criterion is a significant indicator of whether the evaluation system is objective and accurate.Based on national laws and regulations and previous research,the basic indicators were determined,the weights were calculated by network analysis method and entropy weight method respectively,the final weights of the indicators were then optimized and comprehensively determined by Lagrange multiplier method and,combined with the collected various types of data by GIS,a relatively new,objective and rational quantitative protection evaluation system for the history and culture of traditional settlements was proposed,by which the subjective factors in the system are diminished to the largest extent through a variety of technologies.Consequently,this protection evaluation system is applied to the five traditional settlements in Jingxing,Hebei Province,with conclusions and suggestions proposed.It can provide reference for the protection and further coordinated development of historical resources in traditional settlements.
