摘要
随着我国工业化、城镇化的快速发展,建筑业正处于转型升级的关键阶段,装配式建筑将极大地促进工程建设效率和质量双提升。然而,在装配式建筑发展过程中,出现了一些未曾预料的工程质量问题。该文以装配式建筑施工质量控制问题为切入点,结合BIM技术,针对装配式建筑施工质量控制现状展开研究,提出BIM与施工质量控制中的应用建议,希望能协调装配式建筑施工、提高工作效率、减少安全隐患,切实增强施工质量控制有效性。
With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the construction industry is in a critical stage of transformation and upgrading.Prefabricated buildings will greatly promote the efficiency and quality of engineering construction.However,during the development of prefabricated buildings,some unexpected engineering quality problems have emerged.Starting from the problem of quality control in prefabricated building construction,and combined with BIM technology,this paper conducted research on the current situation of quality control in prefabricated building construction,and proposed suggestions for the application of BIM in construction quality control,in hope of coordinating the construction of prefabricated buildings,improving work efficiency,reducing safety hazards,and effectively enhancing the effectiveness of construction quality control.
