摘要
建筑新建与改造牵涉地下室工程时,防排水处理相当重要;在实际案例中,需要运用“堵”“疏”原则,分析渗漏关系,采取疏导的方式,使建筑物的防排水有迹可循,减少后期的防范风险。该文对常用的地下室防水处理技术进行了总结,并通过具体的工程实例,结合项目实际情况,对比分析了该案例所用的一种新型排水方式与常用的地下室防排水处理方式各自的优缺点,根据综合评判进行了选择运用,获得了相应经济效益。研究建筑地下室工程如何选择合理的防排水方案,对项目负责人前期分析坡地建筑复杂的场地条件,采用合理的地下室防排水处理方案,进而采用合理的建筑构造措施,具有较好的参考价值,也为同类项目提供参考。
When building construction and renovation involve basement engineering,it is quite important to adopt a reasonable waterproof and drainage scheme,which can help the project head analyze the complex site conditions of the slope building,so as to use an excellent waterproof and drainage treatment scheme for the basement,and thus apply reasonable building construction measures for waterproofing and drainage treatment.In actual cases,it is necessary to use the principles of“blockage”and“drainage”to analyze the leakage relationship and adopt drainage methods to ensure that the causes of waterproofing and drainage can be determined,so that the risk of consequent emergence can be reduced.This paper summarizes the commonly used waterproofing treatment technologies for basement and,through specific engineering cases,and combined with the actual situation of the project,comparatively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages between the new drainage method used in this case and the commonly used method for basement.Based on comprehensive evaluation,the better one was selected and applied,with economic benefits obtained.It has significant reference value for similar work.
