“知乎治校”现象的内在机理及对策研究

The Inner Mechanism and Countermeasures of the Phenomenon“Zhihu Governance”

信息化时代,互联网已成为开展青年学生思想政治教育的重要阵地,而网络舆情的出现则是对高校治理能力的考验。高校网络舆情传播迅速且涉及面广,负面的舆情信息使高校深陷舆论漩涡,不仅让学校形象和声誉受到很大损害,更是对校园安全与稳定构成威胁,也给高校网络舆情引导工作提出新的内涵和新的要求。“知乎治校”现象的内在机理:高校网络生态秩序失衡;高校舆情管理机制薄弱;网络思想政治教育缺位。化解高校网络舆情的对策:(一)建构“以序为美”的健康网络生态秩序;(二)创造“以生为本”的良好校园舆论环境;(三)加强“以育为主”的青年学生网络思想教育。

In the information age,the Internet has become a significant base for ideological and political education for young students,and the emergence of online public opinion challenges universities’governance ability.Internet public opinion in colleges and universities spreads quickly and covers a wide range of topics.Negative public opinion information throws colleges and universities into the vortex of public opinion,which not only damages the school’s image and reputation,but also threatens campus safety and stability,and requests a new connotation and requirement to the work of guiding Internet public opinion in higher education.The inner mechanism of the phenomenon of“Zhihu governance”is an imbalance in Internet ecological order at colleges and universities,the weakness of public opinion management mechanism,and the absence of ideological and political education on the Internet.Countermeasures for resolving this include:(1)establishing a healthy Internet ecological order with“order is beauty”;(2)fostering a positive and“student-oriented”campus public opinion environment;and(3)strengthening“education-oriented”Internet ideological education.
