解放战争时期中共城市政权的巩固——以“中共创建第一城”阳泉为例分析

The Consolidation of the CPC’s Urban Power During the War of Liberation—A Case Study of Yangquan as“the First City Built by the Urban Power of the CPC”

解放战争时期,中国共产党对城市的工作经验经历了一个逐步探索与完善的过程。山西省阳泉市作为中国共产党建立的第一个城市,自然成为中国共产党城市工作探索的排头兵。阳泉解放后,中共在多方考察下决定在阳泉建立城市政权,并在危机四伏的局面下从社会秩序的重建与稳定、人民生活需求的解决与满足、工商业的恢复与发展等方面入手巩固这得来不易的城市政权。回顾和总结阳泉城市政权巩固的经验,特别是城市原有设施与工商业的保护经验,对今后中国共产党城市工作有一定借鉴意义。

During the War of Liberation,the Communist Party of China(CPC)experienced a process of gradual exploration and improvement in the experience of urban work.As the first city established by the CPC,Yangquan City in Shanxi Province,naturally became the pioneer of the CPC’s exploration of urban work.After the liberation of Yangquan,the CPC decided to establish an urban regime in Yangquan after various investigations and consolidated the hard-won urban power by rebuilding and stabilizing the social order,solving and satisfying people’s living needs and restoring and developing industry and commerce in a crisis situation.
