南平市延平区鸡新城疫免疫抗体监测结果分析

Analysis on the results of surveillance of newcastle disease in poultry in Yanping district,Nanping city

为评估南平市延平区鸡新城疫免疫效果,采用血清学检测方法对延平区2019-2022年鸡新城疫免疫抗体情况进行调查。结果显示,2019-2022年共采集检测3837份鸡血清,鸡新城疫免疫抗体阳性率为85.67%;春季集中免疫的鸡新城疫群体免疫效果优于秋季集中免疫;个别乡镇免疫抗体阳性率低于70%,故仍需加强动物免疫抗体的监测工作,为有效防控鸡新城疫提供科学依据。

In order to evaluate the immune effect of newcastle disease in Yanping district of Nanping city,the immune antibody of newcastle disease in Yanping district from 2019 to 2022 was investigated by serological detection method.The results showed that a total of 3837 chicken serum samples were collected and tested from 2019 to 2022,and the positive rate of newcastle disease immune antibody in chickens was 85.67%.The immune effect of newcastle disease in spring was better than that in autumn.The positive rate of immune antibodies in individual towns was less than 70%,so it is still necessary to strengthen the monitoring of animal immune antibodies,and to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of newcastle disease.
