摘要
本文对1993年以来发表的氟苯尼考残留检测方法的文献进行综述,重点对各种样品前处理技术进行比较和讨论。相关研究表明:(1)尽管高端分析仪器已广泛用于兽药残留分析,但样品前处理技术仍然占据十分重要的地位;(2)动物源性食品中大量存在的氟苯尼考结合残留物日益受到关注;(3)通过强酸水解释放这些结合残留物可避免“假阴性”的检测结果,减少误判;(4)氟苯尼考胺在样品前处理过程中容易损失,优化样品前处理步骤可获得令人满意的回收率;(5)与常用的固相萃取相比,薄层色谱纯化效果好、成本低廉、有机溶剂用量少,可作为一种替代性的样品纯化技术。
This paper reviews the detection techniques reported since 1993 for the quantitative analysis of florfenicol residues in food of animal origin,the emphasis is on the comparison and discussion of various sample pretreatment techniques.Related studies have shown that,(1)sample pretreatment still occupies a very important position,although various advanced analytical instruments have been used for veterinary drug analysis;(2)there is growing concern about the presence of large amounts of bound florfenicol residues in food of animal origin;(3)these bound residues can be liberated through acid-hydrolysis,which will avoid“false negative”results and reduce misjudgments;(4)significant analyte(florfenicol amine)loss can occur during the sample pretreatment procedure,which can be avoided by optimizing the pretreatment procedure;(5)thin layer chromatography has many advantages over solid phase extraction,such as high purification efficiency,low cost and less consumption of organic solvents,and can be used as an alternative sample purification technique.
