一种一分八微带扇形功分器的设计与实现

摘要 针对毫米波大功率雷达导引头接收机易烧毁的难题,设计了一种工作在Ka频段的毫米波微带一分八扇形功分器,用于毫米波接收前端来实现抗烧毁和低噪声的功能。该功分器结构紧凑,具有小型化、低插损、相位一致性好的优点。将该功分器、超低噪声低噪放、限幅器和与之对应的八路合成器整体应用于接收前端,突破了毫米波大功率导引头的发展瓶颈,具有广阔的应用前景。 In order to solve the problem that the receiver of millimeter-wave high-power radar seeker is easy to burn,this paper designs a millimeter-wave microstrip one-divided-eight-sector fan-shaped power divider working in Ka band,which is used in millimeter wave receiving front-end to achieve the function of anti-burning and low noise.The power divider has a compact structure,and has the advantages of miniaturization,low insertion loss and good phase consistency.The power divider,ultra-low noise and low noise amplifier,limiter and its corresponding eight-channel synthesizer are applied to the receiving front-end as a whole,which breaks the bottleneck of the development of millimeter wave high-power seeker and has broad application prospects.
