关于我国环境空气质量标准未来发展的建议

Suggestions on the Future Development of Ambient Air Quality Satndards in China

摘要 环境空气质量标准是环境空气质量管理的目标,对于保护公众健康和生态环境、社会物质财富具有重要作用。本文系统回顾了40年来我国环境空气质量标准的发展历程,分析了现行《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095—2012)实施的关键成效,对美国、欧盟环境空气质量标准和世界卫生组织(WHO)空气质量指导值的发展趋势进行了归纳总结,并从污染物的环境空气质量基准、环境背景值、“美丽中国”建设目标和“双碳”目标四个维度提出我国环境空气质量标准发展建议,为未来我国环境空气质量标准的修订提供参考。
