摘要
为分析油罐车汽柴油混装过程静电危险性,对汽油、柴油及其混合油品的静电衰减参数及输送过程中的电荷密度进行测试。使用JCI155静电衰减测试仪对油品的静电衰减参数进行了测试,汽柴油混合后的峰值电压高于汽油及柴油的峰值电压;通过自建油品循环试验装置,使用油品电荷密度表测试了汽油中混有柴油及柴油中混有汽油在油品输送过程中的静电风险。试验结果表明,汽柴油混合油品的静电风险比汽油或柴油的静电风险高。汽油中混有柴油时,可使油品电荷密度增加一倍以上;柴油中混有汽油时,可使油品电荷密度增加近2倍。因此为保证油罐车装车、输送过程中的静电安全,应严格限制油罐车不经过清洗就换装另一种油品。
In order to analyze the electrostatic hazard during the mixed loading of gasoline and diesel,the electrostatic attenuation parameters and charge density of gasoline,diesel and their mixed oil were tested.JCI155 electrostatic attenuation tester was used to test the electrostatic attenuation parameters of oil products.The peak voltage of gasoline and diesel mixture was higher than that of gasoline and diesel.The electrostatic risk of diesel mixed in gasoline and gasoline mixed in diesel in the process of oil transportation was tested by using the charge density meter of oil in a self-built oil cycle test device.The test results showed that the electrostatic risk of gasoline and diesel mixed oil was higher than that of gasoline or diesel oil.When diesel oil was mixed in gasoline,the charge density of the oil can be increased by more than double.When diesel oil was mixed with gasoline,the charge density of the oil can be increased by nearly two times.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of static electricity in the loading and transportation process of the tank car,the tank car should be strictly restricted to replace with another oil product without cleaning.
