从全国高校教学基本状态数据看本科教育教学的类型

摘要 本文讨论了高校分类研究的背景与意义,指出高校分类对当代中国具有特殊的重要意义,高校分类是一个研究热度逐渐提高但仍有待进一步加强的重要研究领域;本文分析了高校分类的形成机制,探讨了政府与市场对高校分类的影响以及激进与保守两种不同的高校分类发展公平观;最后,本文应用全国高校教学基本状态数据对高校进行了聚类分类,进而讨论了其与高校类型之间的关系,指出双一流高校在本科教育教学方面应该发挥更大的引领示范作用。 This paper presents a typology of the Chinese higher education institutions(HEIs).It begins with a background review,highlighting the significance of HEI classification in China.It emphasizes that HEI classification is an emerging but increasingly important area of research.The paper then examines the formation mechanism of the HEI classification,analyzing theoretically the impact of the government and the market on the HEI classification.It also investigates the fair development of the HEI classification from both radical and conservative perspectives.Using national teaching basic status data,we have conducted cluster analysis and empirically analyzed the types of Chinese universities.Based on these analyses,this article presents research implications,advocating for a more active role that double first-class universities should play in supporting the Chinese HEIs in achieving world excellence in undergraduate teaching and learning.
