道路交通事故路段安全风险分级及应用研究

Study on Safety Risk Classification and Application of Road Traffic Accident Sections

以西南地区某市道路交通事故路段近5年来的交通事故起数、死亡人数、事故肇事车型中含重型货车起数等相关数据为基础,利用半定量风险评估法计算其风险分值,得出了划分该路段的整体风险等级的分级方法。采用风险分级方法对该市的城市安全风险评估(道路交通领域)进行实例验证,并对该市道路交通事故路段风险等级进行划分,结果表明划分办法符合现行相关规范要求,为全面提升道路交通安全管理水平提供了依据。

In view of the problem that the number of road traffic accidents is increasing year by year,relevant personnels have studied the safety problems of road traffic accident sections from many aspects,but the research on the safety risk classification,especially the safety risk classification of urban road traffic accident sections,is rare,and theoretical research is preferred.Its statistics and analysis methods are more complex and less practical.In view of this,it is proposed to use the semi quantitative risk assessment method to calculate the risk score based on the traffic accident fatalities,the number of heavy trucks and other relevant data of a road accident section in recent five years,and obtain a relatively simple and efficient safety risk rating method to divide the overall risk level of the road section.The above method was applied in the urban safety risk assessment(road traffic field)of a city,and the risk grade of road traffic accident sections in the city was classified.The results show that the method meets the requirements of current relevant specifications,providing a basis of comprehensively improving the level of road traffic safety management.
