TPU回收料的添加量对注塑金刚石绳锯串珠固定性能的影响

摘要 制备不同TPU回收料含量的注塑金刚石绳锯,并进行样片拉伸强度和串珠固定强度测试试验。通过记录测试试验过程中拉伸强度和固定强度的变化,研究不同TPU回收料添加量对注塑金刚石绳锯串珠固定性能的影响。结果表明:当成型塑料中TPU回收料添加量增加时,样片拉伸强度逐渐降低,注塑金刚石绳锯串珠固定强度同样逐渐降低。试验中,成型塑料中TPU回收料的添加量为30%时,样片拉伸强度为30.5 MPa,金刚石绳锯串珠固定力为2068 N;当成型塑料中TPU回收料的添加量超过30%后,样片拉伸强度和金刚石绳锯串珠固定力下降速率明显增大。 Prepare injection molded diamond wire saws with different TPU recycled material contents,and conduct tensile strength and bead fixation strength tests on the samples.By recording the changes in tensile strength and fixed strength during the testing process,the effect of different TPU recycled material additions on the fixed performance of injection molded diamond wire saw beads was studied.The results show that as the amount of TPU recycled material added to the molded plastic increases,the tensile strength of the sample gradually decreases,and the fixed strength of the injection diamond wire saw bead also gradually decreases.In the experiment,when the amount of TPU recycled material added to the formed plastic is 30%,the tensile strength of the sample is 30.5 MPa,and the fixing force of the diamond wire saw bead is 2068 N.When the amount of TPU recycled material added to the formed plastic exceeds 30%,the rate of decrease in the tensile strength of the sample and the fixation force of the diamond wire saw beads significantly increases.
