With the acceleration of urbanization construction process,the current construction projects are gradually increasing,and the corresponding construction quality requirements are higher and the scale is larger.Therefore,it is extremely critical to do a good job of construction quality management and supervision.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the construction project management and construction quality,points out the existing problems combined with the significance of project management and quality control,and puts forward effective measures.
