工程监理和项目管理一体化服务模式结合了工程监理和项目管理的优点,协同效果显著,可以提高工程质量和安全性,降低工程成本,促进项目资源整合利用,加强项目风险管理控制。但该服务模式在人才培养和团队建设、法规和行业规范的限制技术创新和发展等方面存在挑战和难点。为此,文章首先梳理了工程监理与项目管理的概念和关系,分析了一体化服务模式的应用优势,提出了该模式的实施策略。

The integrated service mode of engineering supervision and project management combines the advantages of engineering supervision and project management,and has significant synergistic efct.It can improve the quality and safety of the project,reduce the project cost,promote the integrated utilization of project resources,and strengthen the control of proiect risk management.However,the service mode has challenges and difficulties in talent training and tearm building,restrictions of regulations and industry norms,technological innovation and development.To this end,the article first combs the concept and relationship between engineering supervision and project management,analyzes the application advantages of the integrated service mode,and puts forward the implementation strategy of the mode.
