高层建筑暖通设计中的问题及应对策略

Problems and Countermeasures in HVAC Design of High-rise Buildings

现阶段,高层建筑给人们的生活带来了很多方便,同时也出现了很多问题。其中,暖通设计就是一个较为突出的问题。高层建筑由于层数较多,容积较大,因此给人们生活带来了很多不便。对于高层建筑中的暖通设计来说,其本身所具备的优势并不多,在设计上也存在很多不足之处。文章从暖通设计参数、气流组织、水泵扬程与水泵流量、通风量、图纸设计方案这五个方面讲述了暖通设计中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,即通过提高设计人员综合素质,加强空调气流组织设计,完善通风设计等方法,提高暖通设计质量和效率。

At this stage,high-rise buildings have brought a lot of convenience to people's lives,but there are also many problerms.HVAC design is one of the more prominent issues.Due to the large number of floors and large volume of highrise buildings,it has brought a lot of inconvenience to people's life.For the HVAC design of high-rise buildings,its own advantages are not many,and there are also many deficiencies in the design.This paper describes the problems existing in HVAC design from five aspects:HVAC design parameters,air distribution,pump head and pump flow,ventilation volume,and drawing design scheme,and puts forward corresponding solutions,that is,to improve the quality and efficiency of HVAC design by improving the comprehensive quality of designers,strengthening the air flow organization design of air conditioning,and improving the ventilation design.
