为全面提升建筑工程项目施工作业质量,建筑单位要整合新型綠色节能技术方案的具体内容,配合绿色节能环保设计规划,落实具体的节能技术应用要点,从而维持建筑工程项目多元管理的实效性,促进经济效益和社会效益和谐统一的目标。文章分析了建筑工程应用新型绿色节能技术的意义,并从水循环利用技术、外墙节能技术、门窗节能技术、綠色照明技术、屋面节能技术、地面节能技术等方面对建筑工程中新型绿色节能技术的应用要点展开了讨论。

In order to comprehensively improve the construction quality of construction projects,construction units should integrate the specific content of the new green energy-saving technology scheme,cooperate with the green energy-saving and environmental protection design planning,and implement the specific key points of energy-saving technology application,so as to maintain the efctiveness of diversified management of construction projects and promote the goal of harrmonious unity of economic and social benefits.This paper analyzes the significance of the application of new green energy-saving technology in construction engineering,and discusses the application points of new green energy-saving technology in construction engineering from the aspects of water recyeling technology,external wall energy-saving technology,door and window energy-saving technology,green lighting technology,roof energy-saving technology,ground energy-saving technology,etc..
