摘要
本研究从个人和社会视角考察了中国社会群体的刻板印象内容。通过预研究获得了40种社会群体,被试从个人视角和社会视角采用刻板印象内容量表对社会群体进行印象评价,发现对四种类型群体在个人与社会视角下的热情-能力评价一致;人们对不同印象簇社会群体刻板印象内容评价总体积极。研究结果修正了中国社会群体的刻板印象内容分布,为社会群体印象评价提供了参考依据。
Previous studies have found that stereotype content ratings were more negative when participants were asked to provide society’s perspective compared to their own perspective,but only on an already depreciated stereotype content dimension.Based on the Stereotype Content Model(SCM),this study investigates the stereotype content of social groups from two perspectives.In Study 1,40 social groups were obtained through nomination,literature sorting and familiarity evaluation.In Study 2,the stereotype content scale was used to evaluate 40 social groups from two perspectives.Result show that people's evaluations were consistent in warmth and competence from two perspectives while evaluating four types of group,and people tend to give all groups positive evaluations.In general,these findings integrated the disputes on the use of perspective in previous studies and modified the content distribution of stereotype in Chinese social groups.
