基于高灵敏漏电流测量技术的电动机绝缘自动测量系统研究

摘要 电动机作为工业生产中重要驱动设备,其稳定运行至关重要。然而,作为工业场所中的电动机经常受到过负荷、电应力、脏污、振动和热辐射等来自使用过程中或者环境中各种因素的影响。尤其是高压电动机的定子绕组承受着交变应力和热、水汽等因素的影响,其绝缘很容易热老化甚至劣化。绝缘弱化以后,发展速度通常较机械故障的发展速度快很多,从几秒到几十小时不等。绝缘缺陷一旦发展成绝缘故障,就会导致放电、击穿,严重时导致电动机烧损。电动机的突然停机会造成生产中断,带来直接经济损失甚至更严重的后果。提出的一种基于高灵敏漏电流互感器的测量技术和直流绝缘电阻测量技术,既能在线监测电动机的绝缘状态,也能在电动机停机时自动测量绝缘电阻,真正实现了电动机绝缘水平的实时监测。 As an important driving equipment in industrial production,the stable operation of the motor is very important.However,as a motor in an industrial place,it is often affected by various factors such as overload,electrical stress,dirt,vibration,and thermal radiation from the use process or the environment.In particular,the stator winding of high voltage motor is affected by alternating stress and heat,water vapor and other factors,and its insulation is easily subjected to thermal aging and even deterioration.After the insulation is weakened,the development rate is usually much faster than the development rate of mechanical failure,ranging from a few seconds to dozens of hours,once the insulation defect develops into an insulation fault,it will lead to discharge,breakdown,and serious motor burning.The sudden shutdown of the motor will cause production interruption,and bring direct economic losses or even more serious consequences.A measuring technology based on highly sensitive leakage current transformer and DC insulation resistance is presented,which can not only monitor the insulation status of the motor online,but also measure the insulation resistance automatically when the motor is shut down,and realize the real time monitoring of the motor insulation level.
