病毒是呼吸道感染的常见原因。流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、副流感病毒、人偏肺病毒、冠状病毒、腺病毒和疱疹病毒等不同科属的病毒具有不同的发病机制,呈现不同的影像特点。同种病毒在肺炎不同病程中也具有不同的影像表现。对病毒性肺炎的影像、病理、临床的综合了解,有助于早期诊断和鉴别诊断,进而协助、指导临床治疗。就病毒性肺炎的病理学改变和影像表现进行综述。

Viruses are common causes of respiratory infections.Viruses from different families and genera,such as influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus,parainfluenza virus,human metapneumovirus,coronavirus,adenovirus,and herpesvirus,have different pathogenesis and present different imaging characteristics.The same virus also can present different imaging manifestations in the different course of pneumonia.A comprehensive understanding of the imaging,pathology,and clinical characteristics of viral pneumonia is helpful for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis,thereby assisting and guiding clinical treatment.Pathological changes and imaging findings of viral pneumonia were reviewed.
